BAYLIE MADAJ
CO-FOUNDER
Baylie is a master stylist with over 20 years of experience in the salon industry, specializing in crafting the perfect haircut for every individual. Known for her strong, classic shapes and soft, lived-in texture, Baylie combines precision with artistry to create custom looks that feel effortless and authentic to each guest.
Her passion for hair began in high school at The Paul Mitchell Academy, where she laid the foundation for her career. Baylie later relocated to Los Angeles to refine her craft, focusing on precision cutting through intensive training in the Sassoon technique.
Baylie believes hair is an extension of your personality and a reflection of who you are. She takes pride in delivering a thorough consultation and a thoughtful, professional approach—ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and truly themselves.
KATY FELICE
CO-FOUNDER
Katy focuses on custom hair color tailored to every individual. She specializes in gradual grow-outs, vibrant blondes, and dimensional lived-in looks. Katy’s primary goal is always to keep the integrity of the hair as well as having her clients leave the salon feeling and looking their absolute best.
With over 15 years of industry experience in custom hair color, Katy got her start at the Aveda Institute in Los Angeles. After completing the cosmetology program there, she has since resided back on the East Coast in Arlington, closer to family and friends.
JAMI PROFUSEK
STYLIST
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Jami has had the opportunity to work with many different hair types and textures. With a focus on classic shapes, bobs, and blowdrys, she has studied extensively with AVEDA to hone these techniques. It is important to have a complete consultation with clients to understand what cut will fit their everyday needs
After 12 years of doing hair in her home town in Ohio, she moved to the D.C. area. Outside of the salon, Jami enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and reading.
THERESE SNOW

With over 25 years in the industry, Therese Snow is more than a master colorist, she's a mentor, artist, educator and visionary. Her career has been shaped by a deep commitment to service, team growth, education and the belief that great hair begins with intentionality.
Her work is known for its effortlessness: tones that compliment, placement that lasts, and color that evolves beautifully over time. Therese's true gift lies in connection; understanding what each client needs, and creating hair that supports how they move through the world.
